The Strategic Business Partner for Customer to Invoice (C2I) plays a crucial role in transforming business demands into effective business cases and project charters. This role collaborates with IT functions to ensure quality service delivery, develops technology roadmaps, manages operations, and handles risks and relationships. Acting as the strategic partner for the C2I Global Process Owner, this role ensures their priorities are addressed and supports process standardization, automation, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and drive Change Advisory Board (CAB) for C2I.
* Support global governance and streamline the end-to-end C2I process.
* Create and manage the global technology roadmap, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and support for retiring obsolete tools.
* Support business transformation programs through program, project, and product delivery.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, identify regulatory impacts, and align activities across regions.
* Ensure operational stability and drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation.
* Manage demands, conduct service review meetings, handle escalations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to control dependencies between legacy systems and S4/HANA rollout.
* Serve as a key business partner for continuity, escalation point, and risk management.
What You'll Bring To The Role:
* Minimum 5 years' experience with S4/HANA and influencing without authority.
* Strong knowledge of Customer to Invoice processes (Vistex, Billing, Contract Management, etc.).
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and managing cross-functional teams.
* Proven track record delivering global solutions in a matrix environment.
