As our veteran sales leader prepares for a transition in 2027, we are looking for a new member to join our leadership tribe. We aren’t looking for a traditional Sales Manager.
We are looking for a Lead Business Growth.

The Mission
Your mandate is to orchestrate a growing ecosystem of over 500 elite B2B partners.
You will build and scale our Go-To-Market strategy across three intersecting areas:
Channels: Growing our incumbent integrators, onboarding new “Smart Sparkies” (green-tech/electrical newcomers), and collaborating with high-end architects.
Categories: Expanding beyond high-end AV into outdoor tech, architectural lighting, and easy-to-install smart home solutions.
Modes: Combining high-touch field sales with proactive inside sales and frictionless e-commerce.
What You Will Do
- Build and Coach: Mentor our sales force to become complexity navigators and trusted advisors to our partners.
- Implement the Code: Systematically apply best practices from “Cracking the Sales Management Code” to build a disciplined, data-driven sales engine.
- Drive the Vision: Use the EOS framework to set 90-day Rocks and implement standard operating procedures for all customer interactions.
- Maximise CLTV: Use data and our Odoo platform to ensure we are capturing the long-term Customer Lifetime Value of every partnership.
Who You Are
You do not need to come from the traditional Audio/Video industry, but you must have a passion for technology, light, and architectural design.
- You are a builder and a systems-thinker who has successfully scaled a B2B network.
- You are a “Self-Combustionable” leader: high energy, autonomous, and optimistic.
- You value human-centric, long-term relationships over short-term transactional quotas.
- You have the communication skills to evangelize our vision to our internal team, our installers, and our general suppliers.
