Here Is What The Job Entails
Your primary tasks consist of providing technical support and IT assistance to our employees, including phone support, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and IT systems while addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
More specifically you will be:
* Troubleshooting Windows systems and business applications to keep everything running smoothly
* Resolving network and IT system issues, ensuring optimal performance at all times
* Responding promptly to support requests and guide users through technical solutions
* Collaborating with the team to continuously improve IT processes and user experience

With direct guidance from our Team Lead IT Service Center, you will become part of a close-knit team of five dedicated colleagues. Together, we ensure that Kamstrup’s IT runs smoothly, managing daily tasks such as AD and Azure configurations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving incidents and outages. We focus on supporting each other, learning from one another and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere. Our team thrives on collaboration, helping each other shine, and embracing new challenges.

Less About Us, More About You
We are looking for an IT Service Center Agent who will play a key role in maintaining our IT systems and providing outstanding technical support. The ideal candidate should bring a proactive, problem‑solving mindset and possess strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
* Have solid experience in IT support, including handling tickets, phone support and the use of remote assistance tools in a structured and service‑minded way
* Bring hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and admin tools, Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Azure administration, ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow, experience with mobile device enrollment for both Android and Apple (iOS) devices, experience using remote support tool
* Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, especially in fast‑paced or time‑critical situations
* Are able to participate in a 24/7 on‑call duty one week per month to help ensure operational stability
* Highly user oriented, with a focus on delivering quality IT support and a positive user experience
As we are an international organization, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English.
