CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR BENICONNECT TRAVEL AGENCY:
Beniconnect is the leading transport provider for people visiting the Valencian and Murcian regions. We have a reputation for delivering efficient, comfortable and reasonably priced transfers to and from Alicante, Murcia and Valencia airports and train stations. Our transfer solutions are underpinned by our company wide commitment to providing a first class customer experience 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We currently require A Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
Your main priorities will be to provide immediate solutions to any issues that may arise and provide outstanding customer service whilst ensuring minimum cost and risk to the business.
The person in this position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers, both direct and indirect, receive exceptional service and support so that they continue to book and travel with Beniconnect whilst recommending us to their friends and family. The Customer Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for addressing customer concerns
and complaints. This necessitates a close working relationship with other departments and third party agencies to implement strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction as well as keeping a sharp focus on the day to day customer service requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- To provide guidance and support to all customer facing staff to ensure the highest levels of service.
- To monitor and evaluate customer service feedback through all mediums of communication so that customer service is constantly improved.
- To establish a process that ensures that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively
- To handle customer issues and complaints, investigate them in a timely manner so as to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all departments and agencies in order to address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions focusing on complaints and resolutions.
- To actively participate with the management team to improve customer satisfaction by introducing new products and services that our customers will want to purchase
- To ensure full adherence to company policies and procedures as well as compliance with relevant regulations while handling customer interaction.
This service is operated between the hours of 09:00 hours to 20:00hours and is based in the Beniconnect offices in Benidorm. The customer service advisor will work on a rota basis and will be expected to work weekends and bank holidays
Full training on systems, processes and procedures to be given prior to commencement of the role.
KEY SKILLS:
Fluency in English both written and spoken. Very good conversational level in Spanish. Other languages such as German, Dutch, Norwegian and Swedish would be useful but are not a requirement.
Previous experience of working in a customer service role and/or the travel industry.
Excellent communication skills. You will be working very closely with our transport, reservation and airport departments:
The ability to work under pressure.
The capacity to make quick decisions based on all the facts is vital as well as taking into account the impact of these decisions on our customers and the business.
