Account Specialist - Italian (Maternity Leave) Opportunity at Desigual, Barcelona
About the Role
We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Your primary objective will be to provide business suggestions and recommendations that help our clients increase their profitability. This will involve providing them with information related to our products, services, promotions, sales guides, marketing actions, and any other relevant information to facilitate effective selling through our different sales channels.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer master data is accurate and properly maintained by setting up new accounts, updating commercial and financial information, and cancelling existing ones if necessary.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
* Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
* SAP Knowledge
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian
* Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Main Responsibilities
* Account Management: Order and return processing, invoice preparation, and payment follow-up
* Collections: Invoice payment tracking, claim overdue amounts, and request refunds
* Promotions and Marketing: Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure brand messaging
* Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics teams
* Data Analysis: Ensure customer account information accuracy and update
* Problem Solving: Identify and resolve disputes arising from commercial, financial, or logistic collection processes
