We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Process Automation

We’re looking for a Project Manager who will own the delivery of complex BPO and process automation projects — from scoping and planning to go-live and beyond.
At Input For You, you won’t just be a coordinator. You’ll be the trusted partner for our clients, guiding them through transformation projects that make their processes faster, smoother, and smarter.
What you’ll do
· Lead projects end-to-end: from pre-sales scoping to successful go-live.
· Act as the main point of contact for the client and internal teams.
· Analyze and map business processes, clarify goals, and translate them into clear deliverables.
· Align teams (Product Owner, Analysts, Developers) and drive collaboration.
· Monitor risks, scope, and quality to ensure commitments are met.
· Bring proactive ideas to improve solutions and maximize client impact.
What you bring
· 4+ years of experience managing complex IT/BPO projects.
· Strong leadership and a sense of ownership.
· Excellent communication skills in French/Dutch, and English.
· PMP certification (ITIL/ITSM is a plus).
· Energy, structure, and a customer-first mindset.
