Role Description
This full-time hybrid role focuses on managing and growing Blendhub’s brand and product portfolio across our global Food-as-a-Service platform. The Brand & Portfolio Manager works closely with marketing, finance, operations and the global customer journey team to oversee product lifecycle management, strengthen our ready-to-deliver catalog, support new hub deployments, and ensure that every solution contributes to local and general profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing product portfolio, identify opportunities across current products, cross‑sell, develop new products, innovate and explore partnerships.
- Assure strategic positioning across all markets and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to oversee product lifecycle management, identify investment opportunities, and drive profitability while maintaining alignment with Blendhub’s Food‑as‑a‑Service business model and core values.
- Understand ingredient ecosystems and customer needs along the full 5‑step path (idea → test → validate → launch → partner/local hub) and Blendhub’s unique industrial‑franchise positioning.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and financial skills to assess market trends, financial performance, and investment opportunities.
- Proven experience in portfolio management with a strategic approach to optimizing product offerings and growth potential.
- Understanding of investments and trading to support decision‑making and ensure portfolio profitability.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience within consumer goods, food industry, or similar fields is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
