The Coronary & RDN (CRDN) businesses are part of the CardioVascular Portfolio, serving mainly (but not exclusively) within Interventional Cardiology. Our products include groundbreaking innovations like CathWorks (CWX), a non-invasive device that creates 3D models of coronary arteries from angiograms to assess vessel lesions.


Responsibilities

* Coordinate and execute initial training on CWX suite, including shadowing users, providing face-to-face theoretical training, guiding clinical procedures, and conducting follow-up training on new tools and functionalities.
* Drive adoption of CWX after installation and training, collaborating closely with local sales representatives.
* Assist local commercial teams in delivering in-depth product presentations and demo cases to target accounts.
* Train sales reps during live and demo cases to certify proficiency with the technology.
* Educate and train physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on technical aspects through individual sessions, in-service programs, seminars, and symposiums; provide resources for 'train the trainer' initiatives.
* Track and measure activity execution at the account level in coordination with the regional team.


Required Knowledge and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nursing, biology, or related life sciences, with at least 6 years of experience in healthcare, sales, or fields involving complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.
* Thorough knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and the medical device industry, especially angiograms and cardiac anatomy.
* Strong project management skills and experience in marketing program execution.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 80% within the country and major EU countries.
