KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate and manage time-to-market launches, focusing on the Specialty category, of STADA AG across different regions within Supply Chain Management.
* Coordinate all tasks, activities, resources, milestones, etc., of product launches within deadlines, escalating potential deviations to the project plan.
* Monitor production, delivery, and release steps along the supply chain.
* Continuously review and improve timings and delivery processes.
* Ensure effective information flow between all internal and external stakeholders, including Global Specialty teams, Supply Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, External Supply Organization (ESO), Global Project Management (GPM), suppliers, and affiliates.
* Serve as the central contact point for affiliates and commercial functions regarding launch status and escalation.
* Track timelines with suppliers according to the launch tracking sheet (registrations, PO, artwork execution, production, release, shipment).
* Support launch decisions, escalations, mitigation plans, and business case preparations.
* Identify project risks and develop scenarios to ensure successful launch implementation.
* Oversee supply chain changes and lead end-to-end change control management in a cross-functional environment.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Global Launch Management team.
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in business, supply chain management, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations.
* Strong project and process management skills.
* Good understanding of local go-to-market requirements (regulatory, technical, etc.).
* Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects at a global, multi-functional, and cross-cultural level.
