The Role
At Crono, we are expanding our presence in Spain and are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities in the Spanish market.
In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, working in the sales team to identify and engage potential customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Conducting outbound prospecting activities primarily through cold calls, complemented by LinkedIn outreach and email communication
* Identifying and researching target accounts and potential buyers using the Crono platform
* Initiating conversations with prospective customers and qualifying potential opportunities
* Scheduling product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
* Collaborating with the broader sales team to improve outreach strategies and prospecting approaches
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who bring:
* Experience as an outbound SDR or BDR role (at least 1 year)
* Spanish as first language, as the role focuses on the Spanish market
* Confidence in conducting outbound prospecting and cold calling
* Understanding of the B2B outbound sales process, including prospecting, outreach and qualification
* Working knowledge of English, as it is commonly used for internal communication within our international team
Nice to Have
* Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment or startup setting
* Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales activity or pipeline generation targets
Compensation
* €28,000 base salary
* €6,000 variable compensation linked to qualified demos booked and completed
* Additional commission on deals generated from your outbound pipeline
Interview Process
* 30-min Intro conversation with Luca (Sales Lead)
* 45-min Role-play with Luca (Sales Lead) and Lorenzo (Co-founder & Head of Sales)
* Final interview with Alex (Co-founder & Chief Revenue Officer)
Location
This role is based in Barcelona (Aticco Urquinaona) and follows a hybrid working model: 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week.
