Marketing Director - Growth & Brand Lead (AI-first)

About the company:
BEONx is a high-end technology provider for the hospitality sector, delivering AI-driven Revenue Management Software (RMS) globally. Our mission is to assist hotel groups in maximizing profitability and pricing through sophisticated data science and a user-friendly product experience.
As our global footprint grows across Europe, LATAM and North America, we are seeking a visionary hands on professional to spearhead our brand evolution and establish BEONx as the leader in hospitality revenue tech.

The Marketing Director takes full ownership of the end-to-end marketing ecosystem, encompassing brand, public relations, demand generation, and event strategy. Reporting to the CRO, this leadership position focuses on converting company goals into a high-performance marketing machine that delivers a consistent, high-quality pipeline for the sales organization.
You will design and build a high-performance, AI-first marketing engine capable of generating consistent, high-quality pipeline and scaling globally. Working closely with Sales, Product and Leadership, you will ensure that marketing is fully aligned with revenue goals and becomes a core driver of business growth.

We seek a senior marketer who balances strategic vision with a hands-on execution mindset. 5+ years of experience leading demand generation and brand strategy within a B2B SaaS environment; hotel tech background is highly valued.
~ Data-fluent, with deep expertise in HubSpot and attribution modeling.
~ Brand-sensitive, valuing consistency and narrative craft in B2B branding.
~ Operationally rigorous, managing marketing through clear OKRs and systematic cadences. Expert command of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and modern data analytics stacks.
~ A builder, motivated by scaling a integral marketing function in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
~ Bilingual in English with full professional fluency in both written and verbal communication.
~ Proven ability to build and optimize a full-funnel marketing engine with measurable impact on revenue and acquisition efficiency.

Exposure to the hospitality industry, independent hotels, or adjacent tech ecosystems like PMS and OTAs.
Fluency in Spanish.
History of scaling marketing teams within high-growth startup environments.
Experience managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Finance.
Here are some (but not all) the responsibilities that will fall under the Marketing Director:
Optimize the website as a lead generation engine and manage social media strategy.
Scale email nurture workflows and database segmentation efforts.
AI/Marketing Operations
A core part of this role is to design and build an AI-powered marketing engine. Build and orchestrate a network of AI agents and automations
Automate up to 80% of marketing execution
Integrate AI across content, campaigns, personalization and lead scoring
Transform marketing from a set of campaigns into a scalable system
Ensure CRM discipline in HubSpot as the primary source of revenue data.
Strategy & Planning
Establish marketing OKRs and lead a full-funnel strategy aligned with commercial targets.
Manage the annual budget, ensuring optimal ROI and resource allocation.
Deliver accurate performance reporting, focusing on attribution and CAC efficiency.
Brand & Positioning
Evolve and protect brand identity and guidelines.
Participate actively in the launch of the new vision of the company, adapting our branding to the new needs of the company.
Create press releases and executive content aligned with major product milestones.
Partnerships & Co-Marketing
Identify and leverage co-marketing opportunities within the hotel tech ecosystem.
Develop joint content and event initiatives with strategic industry partners.

The success of the Marketing Director will be measured by the following KPIs:
Please note that Success in this role is measured by business impact, not marketing activity. Marketing-influenced by market → Number of deals closed won generated by Marketing
Lead generation and conversion rate → Number of qualified leads generated by Marketing
Earned media coverage volume → press clipping/brand mentions
Marketing ROI → investment vs MRR generated by Marketing
Organic traffic growth, SEO keyword rankings and GEO performance.
This is not a brand-only or performance-only position
We are entering a phase where brand, positioning and demand generation will define our next level of growth. Full-time contract.
