The Dry EM (External Manufacturing) Supply Chain Launch Leader supports our Dry Network contract partners.Participates in developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, capacity management projects, and launching new products for Dry EM.Represents Dry EM in discussions with external groups and supports development of Dry EM and Network plans.Leads or participates in special projects supporting the Dry EM Supply Chain and Commercialization processes.Key Objectives/Deliverables
Develop and propose manufacturing strategies related to Parenteral, Dry, or Device products.Manage Dry EM product portfolios related to new product launches and supply chain opportunities/challenges.Influence and support Dry EM Business and Long-Range Plans.Support Dry EM and Global S & OP processes.Handle product introductions, deletions, and portfolio changes.Participate in Dry EM Commercialization project teams and governance forums.Serve as a Dry EM SME for supply chain projects and support enhancements to supply capabilities.Establish and maintain relationships across supply chain functions and external teams.Assist in special projects or improvement initiatives.Support Lilly network Commercialization Projects as appropriate.Relationships
Contract Manufacturing leadership and functions.Extended Launch Leadership team.Functions at Lilly Manufacturing Networks (e.G., M&Q, Product Development, Regulatory).Dry EM and External Manufacturing teams.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in STEM, Business, or Operations.7-10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain roles, preferably with Product Launch experience.Proven leadership and influencing skills.Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.Knowledge of Manufacturing, industry standards, and regulations.Experience in process optimization and strategy development.Ability to work globally, prioritize, and multi-task.Strategic thinking skills.Additional Skills/Preferences
Experience with Parenteral Products, Dry Products, or Devices.Project Management skills.Additional Information
