Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive. The Project and Service Expert is responsible for tasks and projects related to the company's employees as well as their properties/offices. Thus makes an essential contribution to employee satisfaction and to the procedures and processes of the offices. All projects and tasks are implemented with a focus on sustainability and the Global Carbon Footprint.Employee Related Responsibilities Developing and/or reviewing customer HR service standards, procedures, and policies (e.g. fresh fruits, coffee, tea, water, etc.)Identification of new services for PowerCo employees to achieve the company's goals, considering the company's values.Enhancing the employee journey and identification with the company.Workplace Related Responsibilities Developing and/or reviewing and/or implementing procedures and policies for the workplace (e.g. office layout, office corporate image, seating plan, sustainability procedures)Starting new tendering and purchasing requests, therefore preparation of product concepts, catalogs/specifications and service agreements together with the purchasing department (e.g. furniture, office equipment, office supplies, post service, translation service)Elaboration of responsibility for mobility concepts (e.g. car shared solution, shuttle transport options to and from the factory)Furthermore, the project "Road to Sagunto" is part of the role, which includes the future move from Valencia to SaguntoFacilitating and maintaining relationships with the actual and new vendors/partners for the workplaces at PowerCo locations, finetuning of contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and identifying the best available vendors (example: maintenance, design, cleaning, interiors like furniture, plants & office equipment)Tracking, monitoring, and billing of energy needs (electricity, water, and gas) with the competent public and/or private entitiesStrong cooperation with the responsible HSE department to ensure ergonomics, sanity, and safety in the workplaceHigh stakeholder management with providers, government representatives, civil servants and public authoritiesManaging the process parking for the authorized employeesWhat You Bring To The Team Experience in service and/or Project managementDegree in Administration or Human Resources or related fieldGood attitudeWillingness to learn new thingsClient orientationWhat Makes You Stand Out Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued.
