We are seeking a talented individual to join our GBM (Global Benefits Management) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Madrid. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Mercer GBM team partners with employers (multinational companies) to design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs across multiple countries. The team provides strategic guidance on benefits strategy and policy, manages vendor relationships, ensures regulatory compliance in markets, and delivers analytics and reporting to optimize cost and employee experience.
Our multicultural team coordinates cross-border projects, supports employers' global HR teams, and drives solutions that balance global consistency with local markets.
As an Account Manager, you will manage different multinational clients headquartered in Spain, understand their global challenges, and serve as a trusted advisor on employee benefits.
We will count on you to:
* Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and ensure excellent customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as support client retention.
* Have a clear understanding of clients' priorities and actively coordinate and communicate across the teams to ensure a successful client delivery and management of global benefits in line with clients' guidelines.
* Manage clients' insurable benefits on a daily basis, support the implementation process, ensure key activities are completed on time and with high-quality data, and ensure internal and external teams are aligned.
* Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for multinational clients and internal teams, such as brokers, regarding clients' deliverables and provide guidance to the internal teams and clients.
* Manage delivery and materials to the clients, and present results during client meetings.
* Provide renewal directions and compile project timelines.
* Support local and global teams as well as sales opportunities.
What you need to have:
* Degree in human resources, management, economics, law, sociology, public administration, marketing or other relevant field.
* At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
* Native Spanish level.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2 minimum).
* Strong organizational skills.
* Strong oral and written communication as well as presentation skills.
* Team player combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Commitment to continuous learning and questioning established practices.
* Proficient with MS Office and general ease with different systems (ability to perform analysis in Excel and preparing PowerPoint).
