Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/Admin Staff at Cano & Cano Lawyers in Marbella. The role involves: Serving clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls Receiving and sorting daily mail Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning Care for Office maintenance and cleanliness Customer service correspondence with clients, other law firms, accountants and real estate agencies Reception and delivery of bank cheques and property keys, etc. Qualifications Must speak and write fluent English and Spanish. Swedish is a plus. Background in a Law Firm or Real Estate Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Hands-on experience with office equipment Professional Appearance, representable with high standards of personal grooming Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent customer service attitude Please send your CV with your presentation and salary expectations.
