About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Director within the fast fashion industry, specialised in managing garment production for Inditex group.
\n
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising production processes, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
\n
Experience in setting up teams and factories from scratch at an operational level is highly valued.
\n
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate garment production in a factory
\n
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and operational efficiency targets are met
\n
Manage relationships with the local team
\n
Resolve production issues proactively and independently
\n
Report directly to company management
\n
Be based in Tunisia for a period of 9–12 months
\n
Requirements
\n
Proven experience in fashion / fast fashion production
\n
Hands-on experience working with factories
\n
Strong knowledge of the textile industry and supply chain
\n
High level of autonomy and accountability
\n
Languages
\n
French or English: mandatory
\n
