**License & Contract Manager (F/M/X)**:
In order to reinforce the team at the Ajalvir facilities, we want to incorporate a person who will be responsible for the following functions:
**Main responsibilities of the position**:
1) Contract Management:
- Review, propose and negotiate contracts with OEMs, Vendors and Partners, in close coordination with legal team and operations.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage changes to contracts & license when requiered.
- Be the MRO focal point for contractual issues and communications.
- Maintain a repository of all contracts and related documents.
2) License Management:
- Oversee the process of obtaining and renewing licenses.
- Ensure internal compliance with all licensing agreements and regulations.
- Monitor and track licensing usage and payments.
3) Risk and Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure full compliance of the contract/license terms internally and by the counterpart.
4) Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with legal and operations to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with external parties to resolve issues.
5) Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor contract performance, including audits and areas of improvement.
**What profile are we looking for?**
Education Required: Degree in aeronautical engineering. (Desirable specialty motors) and post-graduate education or training in business administration or law.
Experience 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
Technical skills:
- Deep understanding of the business insights as well as the impact of terms and conditions in the company risk exposure. Therefore, analytical and organizational skills are key.
- Ability to identify the essential and focus on it, being able to manage most of the key decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to explain our positions, engage with internal stakeholders and report progress.
- Ability to see the big picture and strong leadership to manage and inspire teams.
