Hey there!
As our next Digital Content & CMS Operator, you'll be part of the digital team responsible for the management, maintenance, and quality control of content across our platforms.
Your main goal will be to ensure efficient, accurate publishing aligned with brand and UX standards, while also contributing to the creation and improvement of modules, components, and landing pages within the CMS.
This role combines operational, technical, and coordination skills, working closely with multiple teams to deliver a consistent and optimized digital experience.
Upload, update, and publish content in the CMS, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and compliance with brand and UX guidelines.
Perform quality control on published content, verifying links, images, layouts, and formatting.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of new modules and landing pages.
Collaborate with Product, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve workflows and publishing processes.
Identify and suggest improvements in internal processes.
Identify, report, and follow up on technical issues or errors within the CMS.
What are we looking for in you?
University degree in a related field (Communication, Digital Marketing, Web Design, etc.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar).
Knowledge of image editing and optimization tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma).
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Spanish & English: advanced / Catalan: a plus.
