Senior Project Manager
to join the Supply Chain Excellence team of a

About the Role You will join the
EMEA Supply Chain Excellence Group, leading a confidential, high-visibility “clean sheet” program that is strategic for the organization. You will drive structure, alignment, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. A dynamic and challenging position for proactive, structured, and results-driven professionals.
Your Mission As
Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of a strategic program built from the ground up.
Main Responsibilities • Shape, plan, and deliver a high-impact strategic program. • Manage several complex and interdependent sub-projects at the same time. • Apply structured project management methodologies for efficiency and transparency. • Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders. • Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and optimize outcomes. • Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and program reporting. • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and communication flows. • Ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across the program.

What You Bring
Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar. • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, or PMO. • Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding (customer service is a plus). • Experience in complex, high-visibility projects and matrix environments. • PMP, FPX or similar certification (preferred). • Advanced English level.
Key Skills • Structured approach and strong strategic thinking. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. • High sense of ownership, autonomy, and accountability. • Strong analytical and financial acumen. • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. • MedTech experience (a plus).
