The Volkers House is looking for an experienced Night auditor to oversee all hotel operations during the night shift and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times.
In our exclusive 15-room luxury property, this role requires a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage operations independently overnight. The Night Manager will be responsible for guest satisfaction, security, night audit procedures, and ensuring the hotel is fully prepared for the following day.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations
Welcome late-arriving guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
Manage late check-ins and early check-outs efficiently and accurately.
Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring excellent service throughout the night.
Handle guest complaints or incidents in a professional and effective manner.
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Night Operations & Administration
Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift.
Complete night audit procedures, reconciliations, and end-of-day reporting.
Prepare management reports and handover notes for the morning team.
Manage overnight calls, emails, and guest correspondence.
Ensure all systems are updated accurately before the end of the shift.
Concierge & Guest Assistance
Provide concierge support, including transportation arrangements and local recommendations.
Handle urgent guest requests with efficiency and discretion.
Coordinate guest needs with relevant departments when required.
Financial & Compliance
Ensure accurate billing, payments, and cash handling procedures.
Monitor hotel security, emergency procedures, and safety standards.
Maintain strict confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
Act as Manager on Duty during the night shift.
Scope of the Role

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as Night Manager, Night Auditor, or Front Office Supervisor is preferred.
Experience in luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and night audit procedures.
Strong administrative and computer skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
German language skills are an advantage.
