Could you be the full-time Project Contract Manager in Cuenca? Take on a new challenge and apply your Contract Management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will provide guidance and leadership to develop, implement, and drive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies in accordance with Alstom’s business objectives; including extensions of time (EoTs), variation orders, contract amendments, and providing technical leadership in Signalling Projects.
Responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing contracts to develop and implement Contract and Claim management strategies, protecting Alstom’s interests while aligning with project and business objectives.
2. Monitoring project progress against contractual obligations and milestones.
3. Ensuring timely issuance of contractual notices and managing correspondence with third parties.
4. Monitoring, recording, and notifying claims/counterclaims, and managing documentation for negotiations.
5. Reporting on contract management and claims activities to relevant teams.
6. Providing training on contract/claim management to key stakeholders.
7. Providing reliable contractual and commercial analysis upon management demand.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics, or Business Sciences.
* 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management or Project Management experience, preferably in the industrial sector. Railway project experience is a plus.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
