We are looking for a Functional Consultant specialized in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) to join a strategic program within a global organization composed of multiple business units. The goal of the program is to define portfolio governance, standardize ways of working across divisions, and foster synergies between teams through the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow SPM. The project is currently in an early stage, with a strong focus on definition and a pilot phase underway following the tool's go-live.
Responsibilities
Act as the functional reference for ServiceNow SPM within the programSupport business teams in understanding and using the toolDeliver training sessions to different business units on SPM capabilities and modulesProvide user support during the pilot phaseGather functional feedback and translate it into a technical backlogDrive real adoption of the tool (beyond training)Collaborate with international stakeholders using spoken English on a daily basis (especially teams in the U.S.)Participate in defining processes and best practices

Minimum Qualifications
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar. Equivalent profiles with relevant experience in functional consulting or tool implementation will also be consideredProven experience with ServiceNow, especially in the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) moduleExperience delivering training to users and supporting business teams;
ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in international environments;
advanced/bilingual level of English and Spanish
Nice to Have
Training in project management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)ServiceNow certifications (especially in SPM)Experience with ServiceNow across multiple modulesExperience in tool implementation and transformation programsKnowledge of portfolio management and strategic planningExperience in "SPM as a Service" environmentsAbility to work in ambiguous, dynamic, and evolving environments
