Overview
We are seeking an experienced Web Analytics Expert to support a global Communications Analytics function within a large enterprise environment. This role will operate as a dedicated, embedded analytics partner working closely with communications stakeholders across multiple regions and business functions.
The successful consultant will own day-to-day web analytics operations, support digital reporting and optimisation initiatives, and provide actionable insights that improve website performance, content effectiveness, and user engagement across a large corporate digital ecosystem.
This role requires strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, experience with SEO analytics platforms such as SEMrush, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain day-to-day web analytics operations across corporate website platforms
* Act as the primary Adobe Analytics expert for communications stakeholders
* Support implementation validation, troubleshooting, tracking consistency, and reporting accuracy
* Analyse website traffic, user journeys, engagement, conversions, and content performance
* Deliver ad-hoc analysis and answer business questions using digital analytics data
* Create and maintain dashboards, reporting templates, and recurring performance reports
* Enable stakeholder self-service reporting through standardised analytics solutions
* Work closely with SEO, content, UX, and web teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
* Support landing page and campaign performance analysis
* Collaborate with technical teams on tagging logic, data layer requirements, and consent impacts
* Ensure analytics practices align with GDPR, governance, and compliance requirements
* Apply strong data storytelling techniques to communicate findings clearly
Required Skills & Experience
* 4–6+ years of hands‑on web analytics experience
* Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics
* Understanding of analytics implementation concepts and tracking structures
* Experience using SEMrush or equivalent SEO analytics platforms
* Experience analysing corporate websites, content hubs, or digital communication platforms
* Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
* Experience building dashboards and standardised reporting solutions
* Ability to work independently within a complex enterprise environment
Nice to Have
* Power BI or other BI visualisation tools
* Experience with GDPR‑compliant analytics environments
* Exposure to enterprise consent management frameworks
* Experience within global matrix organisations
* Familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics approaches
