We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join COYA. This is seasonal position and advertised for future openings.
Experience you will need:
* Minimum 5 year of previous experience in a similar role in high-end brand
* Previous experience in pre-opening
* Relevant experience in a high-volume, high end kitchen environment and attention to detail
* To have excellent knowledge of food preparation, including working with limitations such as allergies
* To hold overall responsibility for kitchen staffing levels, keeping them in line with business trends whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and quality and adhering to agreed labour budget
* To be responsible for managing all staffing issues within the Kitchen department including rotas, hiring, holiday cover, in-house training, professional development, performance management and day-to-day feedback on performance
* To consistently foster a spirit of harmony and cohesion between the kitchen brigade and all other departments
* To have a complete understanding and comply with the Company policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
* To be friendly, attentive and customer service focused
* It is essential to have a high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English
