At Astek, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP MDG Lead to join a major international company within the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector, supporting a large-scale ERP and data governance transformation.

Main responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end SAP MDG initiatives across key domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance)
* Drive data governance, standardization, and data quality improvements
* Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
* Collaborate with global stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Who are you?
* 15+ years of experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP MDG (S/4HANA)
* Proven track record in global implementations and data governance programs
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
* Languages: English required (Spanish/French are a plus)
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid preferred, remote in Spain possible)
