brDevelop and execute sales strategies for aerial work platforms (AWP) to achieve assigned sales targets.
brIdentify, acquire, and manage key accounts (rental companies, construction enterprises, industrial clients, distributors, etc.).
brBuild and maintain long-term relationships with major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
brNegotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
brMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to HQ and product teams.
brCollaborate with the after-sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
brRepresent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
brPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
brTravel frequently within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.

brQualifications:
brMinimum 10 years of experience in the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) industry.
brProven experience working for AWP manufacturer (OEM background required).
brStrong, well-established relationships with major rental companies and key accounts in Germany.
brIn-depth understanding of fleet sales, rental business models, and key account management.
brDemonstrated track record of achieving high-value sales targets within the AWP sector.
brStrong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
brEnglish as a working language is required.
