We are looking for an HSE Advisor to support a portfolio of high-voltage cable manufacturing andinstallation projects, including major offshore grid developments.In this role, you will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, construction, and marineinstallation teams to ensure that Health, Safety & Environment standards are consistently appliedthroughout all phases of the project. You will act as a key partner to operational teams, with a strong on-site presence across project locations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HSE support across onshore manufacturing facilities, construction activities, and offshore cable installation works.
* Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and safety walks to ensure compliance with internal HSE standards and applicable legislation.
* Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective
actions.
* Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training for project staff and subcontractors.
* Review and approve RAMS, method statements, lifting plans, environmental plans, and work
permits.• Monitor HSE KPIs, analyse safety performance, and prepare periodic reports for project andregional HSE management.
* Support environmental compliance, waste management, and emergency preparedness activities.
* Promote a proactive safety culture focused on engagement, hazard awareness, and continuous
improvement.• Contribute to HSE planning for current and upcoming offshore grid and cable installation projects.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role within the offshore industry, high-voltage cable installation, energy infrastructure, or heavy industry.
* Strong knowledge of relevant HSE legislation and international standards (such as ISO 45001 and
ISO 14001).
* Experience working within large, multi-stakeholder project environments.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence contractors and
operational teams.• Relevant certifications such as VCA-VOL, GWO, NEBOSH/IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.
