WebBookingPro has been providing hotels worldwide with cutting-edge technology and digital marketing solutions for over a decade to help optimize revenue through services like Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Revenue Manager, Property Management System, and Central Reservation System.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at WebBookingPro. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, creating sales strategies, conducting presentations, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a partnership B2B contract offering top-tier 100% commissions on all long-term customer contracts, with terms and conditions supporting ongoing earnings.

Qualifications
* Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in creating sales strategies and conducting presentations
* Knowledge of the hospitality industry and related technologies
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

About the Senior Sales Executive / Sales Director Role

You will act as a trusted advisor to hotel owners, demonstrating how our products can benefit their properties, and providing solutions to enhance their operations and profitability. Joining our Partnership Programme positions you at the forefront of hotel revenue management innovation, supported by a dedicated sales team.

Responsibilities as an Independent Contractor
* Client Acquisition: Develop new opportunities and upsell to existing customers, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing and invoicing.
* Achieve Sales KPIs and Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals efficiently.
* Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare quotes, deliver proposals confidently, and negotiate contracts to balance client needs and company profit.
* CRM Maintenance: Keep detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system.
* Client Feedback: Relay customer feedback to improve our products.
* Partner Management: Engage with industry groups and travel associations to promote WebBookingPro.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English
* Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS sales or hotel industry-related business
* Strong communication skills and confident prospecting abilities
* Excellent listening skills and professional phone presence
