Your responsibilities:
* Manage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of the plant.
* Management of technical maintenance technicians: Internal and external.
* Communicate to the Environmental Coordinator any change in their area of responsibility that may entail a modification of the environmental aspects identified (review of the environmental aspects identification sheets).
* Management of purchases by the Maintenance Department.
* Organization and follow-up of improvements made in plant, safety, environmental and functional aspects.
* Management of cleaning and safety services.
* Control and management of plant energy consumption.
* Control and management of warehouse and spare parts.
* Supervision, management of planning and management of spare parts in SAP.
* Responsible for the first intervention team
Your qualifications
* Engineer Degree or equivalent
* Desirable experience of 3 years in a similar position
* MS Office
* SAP ERP management
* Essential: native or bilingual Spanish
* Spoken and written English (B1 level)
* Interpersonal skills: (communication, empathy, conflict resolution)
