WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team, you will provide support services for IT infrastructure and service management. You will be responsible for monitoring and observability of applications and services across the different towers, using the IOMETRICS APM tool.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for graduates in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in:
- Management of monitoring tools, particularly the IOMETRICS APM tool (Datadope).
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (incident, request, change management, etc.).
- Understanding of the IT infrastructure ecosystem (Networking, Storage, Servers, Databases, Web/Application Servers, etc.).
- Accredited certifications are a plus, such as ITIL, ISO 27001, etc.
- A high level of English is essential.
