What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and qualify B2B leads in Spanish-speaking markets
- Engage decision-makers and introduce digital solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Collaborate with account executives to convert opportunities into deals
- Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in CRM systems
- Apply structured lead generation and qualification methodologies
What We're Looking For
- C1/C2 Spanish (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience
- Strong understanding of business development and lead generation strategies
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising environments is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
