HP SCDS, we’re looking for enthusiastic professionals to provide remote software support for our printer markets. No technical background? No problem!
We’ll provide all the training you need.

What You’ll Do
Provide
remote technical support
(calls and emails, remote diagnostics, troubleshooting).Assist clients in the Dutch and German or French speaking markets.Communicate with customers and partners, ensuring excellent service levels.Collaborate with your team and contribute to continuous improvement.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Mandatory:
Fluent Dutch (C1) + Fluent German (C1) OR Fluent French (C1).High level of
English (C1).Strong communication skills.Motivation, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
✨ Nice to Have:
Customer Service experienceTechnical knowledge or training is a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!
