We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing iGaming group, seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead the development of a centralized people function while supporting the company’s strategic relocation to Spain.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on HR leader from the iGaming industry who enjoys building structures, designing HR frameworks from the ground up, and partnering with leadership to support rapid international growth.
The role will initially be based in Belgrade, with a planned relocation to Valencia within 6–9 months, where the group will establish its next operational hub.
The Role
As Head of HR, you will design and implement the company’s HR infrastructure across the group. You will establish scalable HR processes, build recruitment pipelines for specialized iGaming roles, and introduce performance management frameworks that support a high-growth environment.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy, ensuring that HR operations, talent acquisition, and performance management align with the organisation’s long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Structure
* Design and implement the group’s centralized HR structure and operating model
* Develop HR policies, frameworks, and processes to support a scaling iGaming organisation
* Act as a strategic partner to leadership on people, culture, and organisational development
Talent Acquisition
* Lead recruitment strategies across key iGaming functions
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of industry talent
* Implement efficient hiring processes across multiple jurisdictions
Performance & Development
* Establish performance management systems and evaluation frameworks
* Implement performance tracking and development processes across departments
* Support leadership teams in building high-performing teams
HR Leadership
* Guide and coordinate HR teams across the organisation
* Ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance across locations
* Support the company’s transition and expansion into Spain
Candidate Profile
* Proven HR leadership experience within the iGaming sector
* Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management
* Experience building or managing centralized HR structures
* EU citizenship is required (Spanish citizenship is a plus)
* English is required; Turkish is a strong advantage
* Willing to start in Belgrade and relocate to Valencia within 6–9 months
