Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the commercial development within the medical devices sector. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the sales strategy in the assigned territory, maximizing market penetration.
2. Manage the full B2B sales cycle with hospitals, clinics, and specialized distributors.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, procurement managers, and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
4. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
5. Prepare commercial presentations, product demonstrations, and technical trainings.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
7. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams to design launch and positioning strategies.
8. Represent the company at trade fairs, medical congresses, and industry events.
What You Bring
9. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of medical devices, healthcare equipment, or hospital products.
10. Strong network within the hospital and healthcare ecosystem.
11. Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into customer value.
12. Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
13. Strong results orientation and accustomed to working with ambitious sales targets.
14. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
