We are looking for a strong Python Developer with database expertise to join a banking project. The role focuses on backend development, infrastructure as code, and cloud-based solutions within a regulated financial environment.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on development skills with solid database knowledge and understands the quality, security, and compliance standards required in enterprise banking systems.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop backend services using Python.
* Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
* Develop and operate cloud-native solutions on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
* Work with relational databases (design, optimization, query tuning).
* Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
* Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards.
* Support production systems and participate in incident analysis when needed.
Mandatory Skills:
* Strong experience with Python (backend development, APIs, services).
* Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
* Practical experience with GCP.
* Solid understanding of database systems and data modeling.
* Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
* Understanding of secure coding practices.
* Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning).
* Experience with API-based Customer Search services or similar backend systems.
* Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
* Experience with monitoring/logging tools.
