Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Community Host for our vibrant facility in Barcelona. The Community Host will be responsible for welcoming and engaging with guests, ensuring a warm atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service, and educating visitors on the benefits of our offerings.
* Managing bookings.
* Guiding clients through the ice bath and sauna experiences.
* Assisting with facility maintenance and cleanliness.
* Promoting additional services or products.
The role requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented, proactive team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and values customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Experience in conducting training and demonstrations to introduce clients to our offerings.
* Knowledge of food and beverage management to enhance the overall hospitality experience.
* Strong sales abilities, particularly in promoting and upselling relevant services and products.
* Outgoing and welcoming personality, with the ability to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a clean and professional environment.
* Relevant work experience in wellness, hospitality, or a similar industry is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
