Due to this influx of visitors, Acttiv is looking for entertainment managers to lead our team of entertainers and oversee organization, working closely with the area coordinator. Is this your passion? Then read on!
Your Responsibilities As Head Of Entertainment Will Include
1. Launching the programme of daytime and evening activities.
2. Organising the schedules of the entertainers (teams of 1-28 entertainers).
3. Reporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.
4. Following Acttiv’s quality policy.
5. Being aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers.
6. Attending and receiving training provided by the company.
7. Participating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area.
8. Monitoring time recording.
9. Obtaining positive reviews to enhance the online reputation of the establishment.
Additionally, you'll have time to enjoy yourself and develop your PR skills: participating in shows and interacting with guests from around the world.
What are we asking for?
To join us as head of entertainment, we need you to:
1. Have previous experience of at least one season as head of entertainment.
2. Have an excellent level of Spanish and English. Any other language is a plus.
3. Valued education (not essential): studies related to tourist entertainment or tourism.
4. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
5. Availability of at least 1 year from your start date.

1. Dynamic.

4. Possesses leadership skills.
5. Eager to innovate and improve.

1. Accommodation: you can use our provided single room or find your own. If you choose to use it, €172.90 net per month will be deducted to cover expenses.
