Now, we are taking the next strategic leap. We are building a fully integrated business unit centered around Fast Betting Content (FBC). This unit unifies trading, product, risk, development, and studio operations into one seamless stream. To lead this transformation, we are looking for a Director FBC who will take full ownership of this business.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive this key strategic pillar within our global organization of 500+ professionals.
Oddin’s Call
We’re looking for a senior industry leader to take full ownership of our fast betting content business unit, including its strategy, execution, and financial performance.
This is not a leadership role on the paper. This is a full P&L ownership position; you will be the ultimate owner of strategy and execution across:
Responsibilities
* Operations: Trading, Quants, Product, and Marketing.
* Partnerships: Managing high-stakes relationships with external Studio partners and ensuring strict governance.
* Growth: Driving revenue, operational excellence, and global expansion.
Your Position on the Board
1. Business Strategy & P&L Ownership
* Define the vision and roadmap for the FBC unit.
* Take full accountability for P&L, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.
* Identify new market opportunities and innovative studio formats.
2. Operational Scaling & Excellence
* Synchronize Trading, Product, and Development under a unified direction.
* Establish rigorous KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure delivery.
* Optimize complex workflows across multiple entities and locations.
3. Studio & Stakeholder Management
* Direct the strategic relationship with Studio partners to align output with business goals.
* Navigate external governance structures while driving global studio expansion.
* Act as the primary FBC representative for the CEO and key global clients.
Our Idea of You
* Senior Industry Leader: 10+ years in senior roles within Sportsbook, Betting, or Gaming (FBC or Virtuals experience highly preferred).
* P&L Expert: Proven track record of financial ownership and driving bottom-line profitability.
* The \"Builder\" Mentality: Experience transforming or scaling complex business units from the ground up.
* Master Communicator: Fluent in English (C1+) with the ability to lead through influence across diverse functions.
