**What will the role entail?**
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **Marketing Manager** to join our **GIII Marketing team **in Madrid. Execute brand-led marketing strategies for IBERIA, serving as the primary communication point with each client to collaborate and support the success and growth of the **DKNY and Donna Karan** brand image in the region, acting as an extension of the NYHQ team for IBERIA, and traveling to New York once or twice a year to participate in brand immersion meetings with the NYHQ team.
**The Project!**
- Leading the development of the brand's marketing plans and strategies for Iberia.
- Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets (Oversee all coordination of co-op advertising and trade retail investments; Outline dedicated budgets to support wholesale partners and key clients; Identify opportunities for greater visibility and partnership with wholesale partners).
- **Partner with NYHQ team to**:
- Develop annual marketing plans that are required for the DKNY & DK Brand growth in the region.
- Manage all seasonal media strategies, market priorities for digital, and social.
- Deliver launch plans for new brands (Donna Karan 2025) in IBERIA.
- Manage marketing executions and brand events executed by brand licenses in IBERIA.
- Managing creative and PR agencies.
- Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing strategies.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organisation.
- Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values.
- **Very high level of English**: constant contact with NY.
