Marketing Strategy Planning /strong /pulliDevelop and execute the annual Spain Region marketing plan aligned with sales objectives. /liliDefine target segments and positioning per product line. /liliCoordinate marketing calendar including trade fairs, product launches and campaigns. /li /ulpstrong2. Campaign Management /strong /pulliPlan and execute online and offline campaigns. /liliManage LinkedIn presence and digital content strategy. /liliCoordinate email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. /liliTrack campaign performance and ROI. /li /ulpstrong3. Trade Fairs Events /strong /pulliOrganize participation in industry exhibitions (e.g. Infra Relatiedagen, TKD). /liliCoordinate stand design, promotional materials and local communication. /liliEnsure effective follow-up process for event-generated leads. /li /ulpstrong4. Product Launch Support /strong /pulliCoordinate local market introduction of new machines. /liliPrepare brochures, spec sheets and promotional materials in Spanish. /liliSupport dealer network with launch kits and marketing tools. /li /ulpstrong5. Dealer Marketing Support /strong /pulliDevelop co-marketing initiatives with dealers. /liliProvide branded materials and local adaptation support. /liliEnsure brand consistency across the Benelux network. /li /ulpstrong6. Content Communication /strong /pulliDevelop case studies and customer references. /liliCreate press releases and maintain relations with industry media. /liliMaintain local website content and ensure up-to-date product information. /li /ulpstrong7. Market Intelligence /strong /pulliConduct structured market analysis on competition, pricing trends and customer needs. /liliProvide periodic market reports to Sales Director. /liliSupport demand forecasting through market data analysis. /li /ulpstrong8. CRM Lead Management /strong /pulliManage marketing-generated leads in CRM. /liliQualify leads before handover to Sales. /liliMonitor lead conversion funnel performance. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat This Role Is NOT /strong /pulliNo direct sales targets /liliNo cold calling /liliNo key account ownership /liliNo revenue responsibility /li /ulpSales execution remains with Account Managers. /ppbr/ppstrongProfile Qualifications /strong /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. /lili3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial machinery, construction equipment or technical industries. /liliExperience with trade fairs and product launches is strongly preferred. /liliStrong understanding of the Spain market and business culture. /liliExcellent communication skills in Spanish and English. /liliAnalytical mindset with experience in CRM and marketing performance tracking. /liliProactive, structured and hands-on personality. /li /ul
