Responsibilities
- Identifies skill gaps among operational talent and reports them to ensure talent utilization.
- Conducts talent assessments to identify high‑potential operational talent for specialized positions.
- Assists in creating tailored development plans for operational talent, focusing on skill enhancement and growth opportunities.
- Prepares updates to clients on operational talent development initiatives and supports workforce optimization recommendations.
- Supports the identification and matching of short‑term/project based and long‑term job opportunities/assignments for operational talents.
- Supports the HR cycle for longer assignments or talents on contract within the specialization.
- Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking.
Qualifications
- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
- Performs assignments using existing procedures.
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
