About The Role

As a Sales Executive (French Market) at Perk, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by engaging new customers and building valuable client relationships. You will identify key prospects, present compelling solutions, and consistently deliver an exceptional experience at each stage of the sales cycle. Joining a cross‐functional team, you will help shape Perk's market presence and expand its impact across target industries.

What You'll Do

- Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities within our target markets.

- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations, tailoring messaging to the needs of each prospective client.

- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.

- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

- Provide market feedback and insights to inform our go‐to‐market strategy.

- Build and maintain strong, long‐lasting client relationships.

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

- Native French speaker.

- Demonstrable track record in B2B sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or related sectors.

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Ability to translate complex product features into clear business value.

- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

- Highly organised, self‐motivated, and results‐oriented.

- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.

- An analytical mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‐paced environment.
