As the **IT Tech Manager,** you will be responsible for managing IT objectives and execution to ensure an optimal and sustainable IT service delivery which meets business expectations in all aspects of Danone's areas in Iberia. Also, you will be accountable for the smooth running of systems within Danone requirements, specifications, costs and timelines, supervising the implementation and maintenance according to the company's needs.
**What will be your challenges?**
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures in compliance with IT Governance and existing regulations.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to provide the best and efficient experience.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships both internally and externally.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Ensure that the quality of the provided services is constantly verified with the internal customers through the feedback system.
About you
To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering.
- Previous experience as an IT Manager (6-7 years at least).
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Good understanding of emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of continuous service improvement experience.
- Strong communication skills and professional maturity managing vertically & horizontally within the organization.
- Proven ability to influence decisions at all levels and cultivate relationships.
- Bringing people with you on the journey, problem solver and excellent in execution.
- Fluent in English.
