In this role you drive procurement change for AWS’s EMEA data center construction space, focusing on improving vendor performance and streamlining processes. You work with Construction and Procurement teams to reduce bottlenecks and costs while elevating procurement maturity. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, applying lessons learned to scale solutions globally. You’ll shape policy, process and system changes that enable faster, data-driven decisions and resilient supplier relationships.

- Lead procurement change programmes for data center construction in EMEA
- Streamline vendor relationships, focusing on tier 2/3 suppliers to ensure timely material delivery
- Mitigate procurement bottlenecks and apply lessons learned from projects to improve efficiency
- Develop metrics and governance to manage improved internal processes and performance
- Drive cost reduction and procurement efficiency through collaboration with partners and suppliers
- Create global procurement processes and tools to spur cross-team innovation
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end to meet business objectives
- Influence stakeholders at all levels and operate with autonomy

Responsabilidades
\n
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations
- Experience in strategic xugodme sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis
- Experience in integral supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
