Role MissionThe CFO will lead the development of the company’s full financial infrastructure — including financial strategy, governance, reporting systems, project-level financial visibility, and institutional-grade controls — to support Oleares’ growth across multiple developments and geographies in Spain. The role requires building scalable processes, ensuring financial discipline, and acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and investors.
