For one of my customer we are looking for a Senior Webmethods Engineer.
Location: Europe(100% remote)
Duration: 6+ months
Description:
The webMethods Engineer will design, implement, and oversee integration solutions across the organization, with a focus Software AG webMethods platforms and SAP Integration Suite. The role ensures seamless, secure, and scalable integration of business applications, supporting digital transformation and business process optimization.
Technical Requirements:
* Subject matter expertise for webMethods platforms.
* Proven track record of upgrading webMethods environments (preferably 10.x to 11.x), including component migration and configuration.
* Roadmap & evaluation of opportunities to drive synergies across the groups integration domain
* Proficient in creating technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
* Ability to design and execute functional, performance, and stability tests; experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Ideal Candidate:
* Hands-on experience with webMethods suite, including recent upgrade projects – being aware of what core issues may be encountered and how to mediate them.
* Strong analytical skills to objectively assess risk, effort, and value of platform choices.
* Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and clear reporting.
* Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
