Role Overview
As a Credit Control Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of the Finance Department and driving it to new heights.
What will you do?
* Payment Schedule.
* Management of defaults (both new ones and from portfolio). Claim of defaults by written communication.
* Negotiate debt cancellation dates with clients.
* Deferment management since the client’s petition through commercial acceptance, including expenses and interest calculations.
* Client’s account statements reports to the Commercial, payment progress, programming, etc.
* Various reports to Management.
* Management of procedures and Deferment information for contentious file.
* Analysis and financial capture to determine client’s credit.
* Review and develop internal processes for collection management.
* To reduce and mitigate collection incidents through the definition of policies settled with commercial figure.
