Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders in shipment process handling.
3. Orchestrate the overall flow of an end-to-end shipment.
4. Provide a value add to the customers through effective business solutions by having good business knowledge / process understanding.
