This dynamic and fast-paced role is ideal for individuals passionate about international education, student engagement, and achieving ambitious sales targets. /pp Responsibilities /pp EU Business School is seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and goal-oriented Business Development Student Recruitment Officer to represent the institution in the Europe Region. /pp The main objective is to increase student recruitment through both existing and new channels. /pp Key responsibilities include: /pulli Prospecting and generating leads /lili Driving student enrolment from the assigned region /lili Meeting and exceeding sales targets /lili Conducting strategic analysis of market opportunities /lili Developing and maintaining relationships with agents and partner institutions /lili Focusing on international schools to increase direct student recruitment /lili Participating in recruitment fairs, seminars, workshops, and events (on-site and online) /lili Ensuring commercialization and follow-up until final enrolment /lili Collaborating closely with the admissions, academics, and career services departments /lili Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager for the region /li /ulp The role is based in Barcelona within a young and international recruitment team. /pp Your Profile /pp We are looking for a self-starter with a strong ability to work independently, identify growth opportunities, and build international relationships in diverse markets.
