Amazon & Marketplace Specialist
My client is a life science company specialising in scientifically-supported active ingredients for dietary supplements. They sell an innovative and genuinely life changing enzyme supplement on D2C channels including Amazon, T‐mall and pharmacies.

We are looking for a detail‐oriented Amazon & Marketplace Specialist to drive the growth and performance of products on Amazon and other key e‐commerce marketplaces. In this role you will optimise listings, manage marketplace operations, analyse performance, and execute digital sales strategies to maximise online presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage e‐commerce agency partners for promotional campaigns
Collaborate with marketing colleagues on content and tone
Manage daily e‐commerce operations, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfilment coordination
Monitor and analyse sales performance, reporting on KPIs and providing insights for continuous improvement
Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of Amazon algorithms, trends, and best practices
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams in marketing, supply chain, and product development for curated promotional campaigns and new product launches
Address and resolve operational issues (listing blocks, content errors, customer feedback, etc.) in a timely manner
Support expansion efforts into additional marketplaces as necessary
Qualifications & Skills
Ideally 1–2 years successful track record managing Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central
Strong understanding xqysrnh of e‐commerce optimisation: SEO, content, keyword research, conversion‐rate improvement, and advertising/PPC
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
Knowledge or passion for health, nutrition, or functional ingredients is a plus
